RETURN & REFUND TERMS
Eligibility: You have 5 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, Item(s) must be its original, unused purchase condition. Packaging of each item must be unopened and not defaced in any manner. Item(s) must be accompanied by a proof of purchase such as a receipt or tax invoice.
How to Return an Item

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
Shipping: Package the item securely, then our courier partner will collect the item from your location.
Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment, or as Store Credit.
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
