Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over 200AED and orders below 200AED are subject to a 15 AED surcharge. Delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
Same Day Shipping: 30AED – Delivery within 1 business day within DUBAI for orders placed before 12PM.
Please note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Kindly take in mind, that these are average delivery durations. It is important that you respond to phone calls from us and our courier partner for address verification and arranging delivery, in order to delivery your shipment in due course.

1. How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

3. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, we only support shipping to one address per order. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Our courier partners offers delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and in that case we are unable to deliver your order and we will inform you through your given contact information.
